Chef demonstrates how to make edible centerpieces

Chef Rose Deneen will demonstrate how to make edible centerpieces at the Glen Ellyn Public Library, March 25.

Deneen will teach how to create chocolate-dipped strawberry trees, fresh fruit bouquets in a baskets and vegetable and herb centerpieces at the library from 7:00 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The displays will be available to eat at the end of the discussion. Registration is free and available online at www.gepl.org.
